Will I get addicted to chiropractic adjustments?
No. Many people feel a pleasant sense of ease and well-being after their chiropractic adjustments. Some feel as though their power has been “turned on,” others feel more whole or “connected.” (This is what “normal” feels like!) Once people experience this feeling they often choose to adopt some type of ongoing schedule of care so they continue to feel this way all the time. It’s not an addiction.

Yes! Please call the office at (925) 938-1122 to have online forms emailed to you. If you need assistance with your paperwork, please come to your appointment a few minutes early and we will gladly help you fill it out.
Are Chiropractic Adjustments Safe?

Do You Offer Adjustments Without the Big Cracking?

What Causes the Sound During Adjustments?
The popping or cracking sound is the release of nitrogen gas from the joint, similar to cracking your knuckles, caused by pressure buildup in the joint fluid.
What Techniques Do You Use?
Can Children Receive Chiropractic Care?
Absolutely! Chiropractic care is safe and effective for children, addressing various issues from injuries to general aches and pains. Techniques used for children are far more gentle compared to an adult, taking into account their growing body and delicate frame.
Will I Need Chiropractic or Spinal Decompression?
Depending on your symptoms and condition, our team will assess your needs and create a personalized care plan. Many patients benefit from both chiropractic adjustments and spinal decompression for optimal results.
Will Medicare cover all of the services offered?
While medicare does cover a portion of your care, they do not cover ALL of your care.
Chiropractors are classified as a specialty service under Medicare, which will be processed differently than your medical doctor, hospital, or other specialist visits. Rest assured we will discuss any out of pocket costs with you prior to your visits.
