Massage As a Complement to Chiropractic

Did you know that chiropractic and massage therapy go hand in hand? Massage is a significant part of what we do in our office. That’s because it is incredibly beneficial in so many ways.

One of the greatest benefits I see from patients who take advantage of our massage service is that their adjustments hold better and longer and that they experience more relief over time. Massage also increases circulation, boosts the immune system, enhances sleep and so much more.

I preach to patients the following: “The less I see you, the better I know you’re doing.” Patients love to hear that versus being told that I need to see them every week for the rest of their life. Massage therapy can help people meet their goals faster.

Conditions That Massage Therapy Can Address

In addition to soothing sore muscles massage can help with many conditions that include the following:

  • Fibromyalgia
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Insomnia
  • Muscle strains
  • Sports injuries
  • Stress disorders
